Years ago, the ship Angelica met a tragic fate, sinking in the depths of the sea with a valuable cargo of gold and silver. The news of this sunken treasure ship has not been forgotten, and it piques the interest of a man named Ahmad Bek. He resolves to undertake a daring and ambitious mission to recover the riches hidden beneath the waves.

To achieve this challenging endeavor, Ahmad Bek forms a partnership with the son of the ruler of Shiraz. Their agreement hinges on a shared promise to divide the treasures fairly once they’re successfully retrieved from the depths of the ocean. However, there is a catch. The ruler’s son harbors secret ambitions to seize the entire treasure for himself, a plot concealed from Ahmad Bek.

Unbeknownst to both Ahmad Bek and the ruler’s son, there are Englishmen present on the island who have also caught wind of the legend of the sunken ship and its precious cargo. They harbor similar plans to lay claim to the wealth concealed beneath the sea.
