The Sunny Man | مرد آفتابی

Hamid and Akbar, two young men employed at a photography shop, face a precarious situation after the passing of the shop’s owner. Fearing that the widow, Narges, might sell the shop, they become anxious about their livelihoods. Lacking the necessary funds to purchase the shop themselves, they hear rumors about Narges potentially marrying a local grocery store owner. In response to this threat, both Hamid and Akbar contemplate the idea of marrying Narges themselves to secure their positions.

However, Narges quickly discerns their true intentions and, instead of entertaining their advances, she reassures her late husband’s employees. She informs the two friends that the shop will continue to be rented to them, just as previously agreed, until they can eventually buy it from her. A sense of rivalry emerges between Hamid and Akbar, both secretly vying for Narges’ affections. In a surprising twist, each of them independently decides to embark on a journey to Japan in pursuit of job opportunities, all while keeping this significant decision hidden from the other.
