Abbas Agha, an ignorant and simple man, and Lotfi are highly respected by everyone in the area. However, a troublemaker named Zeinal, in an attempt to cause trouble, develops an infatuation for Goli, the daughter of Master Hossein. This leads to a conflict with Abbas. In a private conversation, Abbas confides in Zeinal, but his trust is betrayed when Zeinal’s true intentions are revealed. Abbas injures himself with a knife and falsely claims that Zeinal was responsible. Zeinal, seeking Abbas’s approval, becomes his follower, but Goli remains indifferent and focused on her work. Abbas takes Goli into his house for protection. Abbas’s sons attempt to manipulate Zeinal against him, leading to a tragic confrontation where Zeinal is shot and wounded. On his deathbed, Abbas Agha is willing to reconcile with Zeinal.
