“Charlatan” narrates the tale of two youthful housemates, Hassan (Amin Hayai) and Behrooz (Seyd Javad Razovian), entangled in an unfavorable financial predicament. While Behrooz embarks on a motorcycle journey, Hassan, an aspiring screenwriter yet to achieve script-selling success, approaches a film production company. There, he articulates his screenplay—a depiction of two young individuals aspiring to lead lives of honor, disrupted by unforeseen events that befall them in the process.
