Niyatollah is a wealthy and miserly individual who has a strong affection for money. One day, he goes to court to assist a friend with a case, but during a heated argument with his friend, he throws his briefcase, climbs onto a statue in front of the courthouse, and accidentally falls. As his soul separates from his body, he becomes acquainted with a djinn. This supernatural being informs him about his temporary death and the limited time he has to make amends for his past actions.
