During the occupation of Iran by the Allies, a group of Red Army soldiers goes missing while on a mission in the Iranian desert regions. In the pursuit of finding this group, some men from a desert fringe tribe are arrested on charges of murdering members of the aforementioned group and subjected to torture and harassment. In retaliation for the harm inflicted upon them by foreign powers, the men of the tribe decide to take action.
