Farhad (Manoochehr Vossoogh) and Taher (Reza Beyk Imanverdi) are two friends and partners who run a cabaret. Farhad becomes acquainted with Nazi (Afrouz) during a trip to the north and develops an interest in her. Nazi has a warm voice, and Mahmoud (Manuchehr Pur-Ahmad), who is a rival cabaret owner to Farhad and Taher, tries to employ Nazi in his own cabaret. Farhad goes to Europe to hire some singers and loses one of his hands in an accident there. Knowing that Nazi will not accept him, Farhad stays in Europe for a while, hoping to forget Nazi. Meanwhile, Nazi, without any news from Farhad, starts working at Mahmoud’s cabaret; however, just when Mahmoud tries to seduce her, Taher arrives and protects her. Unaware of the partnership and friendship between Taher and Farhad, Nazi starts working at Taher’s cabaret. Gradually, Taher becomes interested in Nazi, and Nazi declares that she still loves Farhad. Taher finds Farhad and brings him to Nazi. To prove that she does not hate disabled people, Nazi decides to cut off her own hand with an axe; however, Taher arrives at the last moment and prevents her from doing so.
