Iranian gynecologist Reza Sepidbakht (Reza Kianian) has built a lucrative business helping young women fake virginity for their new husbands. After an unsettling dream, though, he feels compelled to reassess his life, and finds himself fascinated by a young, comatose boy at his hospital. He resolves to reconnect with his estranged son, Mani (Mehdi Safavi), who has recently been arrested for drug smuggling, but others close to him seek to undermine his transformation.
