After the occupation of the city of Mehran by Iraqi forces, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issues an order for the liberation of Mehran. To achieve this, a strategic plan is devised. It is decided that Haji Ahmad Amin, through the launch of surprise attacks on one of the axes in the islands, will divert the attention of the Iraqi military. This diversion is a critical element of the larger operation to liberate Mehran and push back the occupying forces.
