At the beginning of Iran revolution, some profiteers cut down forest trees in order to gain more wealth, and severely beat the regional forester, Rasool, who tried to arrest them. Golkooh, an experienced forester, goes to the Forestry Department for help, but due to the resignation of the interim government and the absence of the head of the Forestry Department, no help is given to him. But the residents are aware of the sensitivity of the issue, so they assign some people to help the old forester. Golkooh used the opportunity to pursue the robbers and with his special tricks and the help of the residents, he arrested them all.
