After finishing his studies in medicine, Heider comes to Iran from America and decides to open a doctor’s office in the upper part of the city. His mother, Ms. Khanum, sends her friends to her son for treatment, and soon Nader becomes disheartened by the treatment of painless patients in the city, and after meeting Reza, whose uncle is sick, he opens a clinic in the south of the city and Mehri, Reza’s fiancee. He works as a secretary. Nader spends most of his time in the office treating poor patients and taking care of Reza and Mehri. Mehri gradually becomes interested in Nader and ignores Reza.
