Nazi, Reza, and Farhad have grown up together since childhood. Farhad is a lawyer, while Reza spends his days in idleness. Both of them are in love with Nazi, but Nazi and her father, Colonel, pay no attention to Reza. For Reza’s sake, Farhad gives up his love for her. Reza studies and joins the military service, but after a while, his friend Jamshid brings news that he has been killed in a military conflict. On the day Nazi and Farhad are preparing to get married, Reza arrives, and Farhad facilitates the marriage of the two. Later, Reza finds an old letter in Nazi’s jewelry box from an unknown person expressing affection for her. Nazi refrains from revealing Farhad’s name, and an upset Reza plans to travel. Nazi and Farhad try to prevent his trip. Farhad is severely injured in a car accident and manages to reach the airport with his injured body. He reveals that he is the author of the letter, and before the airplane’s departure, he dies in Reza’s arms. Eventually, Reza and Nazi begin a new life together.
