Qaysar is a 1969 Iranian movie written and directed by Masʻūd Kīmiyāʼī. The film revolves around personal conflicts in people’s lives. Qaysar’s sister Fātī is raped and commits suicide. When Farmān, Qaysar’s brother, discovers the truth by chance, he seeks revenge and is killed by the same individuals who had raped his sister. When Qaysar returns to Tehran after many years, he discovers what has happened to his brother and sister. He later decides to take justice into his own hands rather than waiting for the law.
