Jafar becomes enamored with a dancer named Shahin at a wedding party and, along with his friend Jamshid, follows her to the city. Jafar finds Shahin in a joyful establishment and learns that she is captive in the hands of Ismail. Shahin rejects Jafar’s proposal for a shared life and continues her work. Jafar’s wife tracks him down to the city and falls into Ismail’s trap. Just as Ismail intends to deceive the woman, Jafar arrives and confronts him. In a retaliatory move, Shahin strikes Ismail with a club, leading to her arrest by the police. Eventually, Jafar and his wife return to the village.
