Adjacent to a grand hotel, stands an aged and peculiar house, seemingly out of place. Maleki (Jamshid Mashayekhi), desiring to purchase the property, faces resistance from the stubborn elderly owner (Shahla Riahi) who refuses to sell. Determined, Maleki endeavors to win over the old woman’s children, forging connections with them in order to succeed in buying a house. Amidst a series of comical events, Maleki eventually succumbs to the unwavering determination of the old woman and marries her. In a gesture of goodwill, he donates the yard of the old house to a nearby school, providing the children with a playground of their own.
