Reyhaneh, after a disagreement with her husband, Iskandar, decides to return to her father’s house. Her brother, Heydar, had arranged her marriage and, because of financial difficulties and criticisms from others, is unable to tolerate Reyhaneh’s presence in their home. The situation seems to be strained, affecting the relationships within the family.
