After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, two students embark on a journey to Sistan and Baluchestan to collaborate with the forces of constructive jihad. They believe that through extensive advertising, they can quickly solve the region’s problems. However, as they begin their work and meet the resistance of the locals, they realize that the ultimate authority lies with the people, and due to fear of the authorities, the people are reluctant to cooperate with the jihadist groups. Consequently, they decide to tackle this issue using a calculated and alternative approach.
